Sistema Kadry (Russian for System Staff) is a knowledge base and online help for HR managers, created by Action.

The logo reflects the system’s purpose – an HR manager asks the system a question and gets an answer:

A happy HR manager resembles a “K” for “Kadry” - the Russian for ”human resources”

A one-page logo implementation guide demonstrates all possible variations:

A photo can go in the place of the happy person icon. In that case, the bubble stretches horizontally and resembles a question input box, the system’s main user interface
